Laminated glass is safety glass consisting of two glass panes with one or more PVB interlayers between. In case of breakage fragments adhere to the PVB foil, preventing the glass from falling apart. This significantly reduces the risk of injury. A wide range of compositions of laminated glass is available, depending on the application.
